Vintage sailor style scooter dress

Sleeveless, white and blue (kind of a turquoise) poly knit sleeveless dress with a sailor style collar and little pockets. Keep in mind that this does not include the belt, shirt or underskirt - it's quite short. In the bottom pics, I'm wearing it with yellow hotpants and a matching top underneat - in the others, with a cardigan and a skirt underneath. So, so cute and in great condition! Zips down the front and has some stretch to it. Measurements (taken flat, double the widths): 18" bust, 14.5" waist, 20" hips, 31" length
