Floral Buttoned Skirt

I reconstructed this light green, floral skirt from a vintage, cotton duvet cover. It has a buttoned front, which I machine-stitched shut, a few inches from the top. It unbuttons at the top and ties shut in a bow. This will best fit a medium or large. Measurements (taken flat): waist - 14", hips up to 24" and length 21"
